Description |
The plaque is mounted to an oblong granite boulder. The inscription on
the plaque reads: "In the Pan-American Temple of Music which covered
this spot President McKinley was fatally shot Sept. 4, 1901. This
marker placed by the Buffalo Historical Society."

Bio. |
President William McKinley was greeting visitors to the Pan-American
Exposition in Buffalo when he was fatally wounded by the bullet of
assassin Leon Czolgosz.
