Description |
Oversize
bust of subject sits on a plaza base surrounded by a semi-circular
stone wall. Image-in-relief on plaque depicts subject giving speech,
proper left arm uplifted. Plaque reads: "I have a dream that one day
this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed,
'We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created
equal.' M.L.K. Jr. 1929-1968."
