BUFFALO—The City of Buffalo Department of Public Works announces that trash pick-up in the city will be pushed back one day for the next two holiday weeks.

There will be no pick-up on Christmas Day or New Years Day.

Following these two holiday Mondays, residents who normally have their trash picked up picked up on Mondays will be picked up on Tuesday; Tuesday’s schedule will be picked up on Wednesday and so forth.  Friday’s pick-up will be on Saturday.

The regular schedule will go back into effect the week of January 8, 2007.
