Description of Services

• Insurance management for over 6,000 active/retired employees


• Research and correspond to benefit related inquiries by employees and/or vendors


• Review, approve and process unemployment claims, requisitions entries, life insurance and workers compensation claims for all civilian and non-uniformed personnel


• Assist employees with initial and exiting employment processes
