Description of Services

  • Prepares and administers the annual budget of General City Fund, Parking Enterprise, Streets Enterprise, Water Board, Water Authority and Water Enterprise Fund.  Develops long range fiscal plans and staffing levels.
  • Manages and tracks available expenditures and revenues.
  • Provides support while negotiating bargaining unit contracts.
  • Prepares Quarterly Gaps estimates.
